I'm off all the meds except the antibiotics / gaviscon.. Feeling extremely low.. Thinking of consulting a psychiatrist, who might start me on an antidepressant. I'll fight the urge to take the Xanax, for today, and try to enroll again in the gym later.... DAMN THIS...
